A month ago, I worked on writing copy for an urban apparel web site and came across these delectable must-haves! This, ladies and gentlemen, is a pair of my dream shoes, the Nike Court Force Hi Premium Sakura Ueno. Aha! You just thought these were a pair of Barbie shoes, didn’t you? Ha! Think again.

The Sakura Ueno isn’t exactly created with women in mind. Yep, you can wear them and strut your stuff in them even if you’re a guy. That is, if you’re secure enough about your masculinity because the Sakura Uenos are bursting to the brim in pink goodness.

The upper is made of 3D black material while the pink tongue boasts Sakura blossom laser design. The inner heel features an “Ueno” embroidery while “Party” is marked at the insoles as well as on a gold tab at the front. Gold star designs are also rampant while the outsoles are a translucent pink for a grand finishing touch.

The Court Force Hi Premium Sakura Uenos were created to emulate the Sakura blossoms in Ueno Park Tokyo during spring. My overall verdict — I want!
