The combination of rice and miso soup is a common Japanese breakfast menu. I could just imagine men walking into the kitchen, tousle-haired and half-awake, gobbling down their food without much thought. These, however, could produce the opposite effect.

Introducing “My Chopsticks Bra” by Triumph Japan.

The right cup is a rice bowl, the left, the miso bowl. There’s a detachable chopstick rest in between these two cups, while a collapsible chopstick set is kept at a pocket on the flank. The bra was designed as part of Triumph’s eco-awareness campaign. Every year, 25 billion disposable chopstick pairs are used in Japan. The aim of this bra is to promote the patronage of reusable chopsticks. After all, if you keep a pair in your bra, you can never claim you forgot to bring your own. Um…right? Triumph’s “My Chopsticks Bra” is not available for retail. Too bad, guys. You won’t see the missus in these after all.

Too much! Are chopsticks still made out of wood, or some sort of recycled paper products? (I’m talking about the generic ones, not a really fancy pair with a logo or monogrammed initials)

I think they’re made of plastic. At least my collapsible chopsticks are made of plastic.
